Our Approach

Coverage that is unpredictable on purpose

Rounds are randomized so no one can time our arrival. Officers vary entry points and sequence while still hitting every checkpoint you specify.

Each round includes verifying doors and gates, checking exterior lighting, noting trespass or dumping, and photographing anything out of place.

You receive a time-stamped report per round, plus an immediate call for anything that needs a decision at 2 a.m.

  • Vacant properties and buildings between tenants
  • Business parks and multi-building campuses

How It Works

From first call to first shift

  1. 01

    Site walk & risk review

A supervisor walks your property, notes vulnerable entry points, lighting gaps and traffic patterns, then recommends a coverage level.

  2. 02

    Written post orders

You approve site-specific post orders covering duties, escalation contacts and emergency procedures before the first shift begins.

  3. 03

    Deployment & supervision

Officers are assigned and briefed, supervisors run unannounced site checks, and you receive activity reports on your schedule.

FAQ

Common questions

How many rounds per night are typical?

Most clients start with two to four randomized rounds per night, and we adjust after the first few weeks of reporting.

Is patrol cheaper than a fixed officer?

Usually, yes. Patrol spreads a vehicle across several properties, so it is the most cost-effective option when you do not need continuous on-site presence.

Will you respond to alarm activations?

Yes. Officers can be dispatched to verify an alarm, walk the perimeter, meet law enforcement and document what they find.

Client feedback

Trusted across Long Island

Blue Line took over coverage of two of our buildings and the difference was immediate. Officers show up early, in full uniform, and the reports we get every morning are actually useful.

Michael R.

Property Manager, Rockville Centre

Their team covered our annual gala from setup through close. Guests were greeted, entry moved quickly, and the officers handled every question calmly and professionally.

Danielle S.

Event Coordinator, Garden City

Professional, reliable, and priced better than the two national companies we quoted. Residents know the guards by name now, which says everything.
